The Prairie Donair Loyalty Card
The following Terms of Use Agreement apply to the user of The Prairie Donair Loyalty Card. The use of any The Prairie Donair Loyalty Card constitutes the acceptance to the terms and conditions identified in this Agreement.
REGISTRATION
You need to register your profile online at www.prairiedonair.com and link your Prairie Donair Loyalty Card to your profile to become a privileged member OR you could use your smart phone and opt to obtain a digital Prairie Donair Loyalty Card upon your registration. The choice is yours. Start by filling out the registration form to receive an activation email and then click on the link to authenticate your membership inscription.
BENEFITS
All Prairie Donair Loyalty Card holders can obtain Reward Points per dollar spent pre-tax at Prairie Donair restaurants. All valid members can redeem their Points for delicious meals from the participating Prairie Donair restaurant. Valid members will receive and may earn personalized email promotions from time to time from Prairie Donair. 100 points are equivalent to $1 (before taxes).
PROMOTIONS
Promotions are offered and emailed to privileged members only and are applicable for a limited time to the location identified within the personalized offer.
MEMBER
A valid member* is any customer who has completed the free registration process and activated their Prairie Donair Loyalty Card membership profile by using the web and a valid email.
LOST OR FORGOTTEN PROMOTIONS
The Prairie Donair Loyalty Rewards Program and Prairie Donair restaurants cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or expired promotions and or cards.
REWARD POINTS REDEMPTIONS
Only the activated Prairie Donair Loyalty Card members can redeem Reward Points as a form of payment for future purchases made exclusively at any participating Prairie Donair restaurant. Get specialty healthy wholesome meals such as our Spicy Signature, East Coast donairs, Chicken Shawarmas and more, to eat for free as a privileged member*.
TERMINATION AND EXPIRY
All Prairie Donair Loyalty Cards that have not been used for 730 consecutive days from their last transaction will be terminated and all benefits of the program will be expired.
MODIFICATIONS
The Prairie Donair Loyalty Card and the Prairie Donair restaurants reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate The Prairie Donair Loyalty Card program, to alter, limit, modify or add to The Prairie Donair Loyalty Card program rules, regulations, terms and conditions without prior notice at any time and from time to time. As permitted by applicable law, any amendment will become effective at the time the amended agreement is posted online through www.prairiedonair.com
PROTECT YOUR CARD
You can register your Prairie Donair Loyalty Card online at www.prairiedonair.com to protect the balance on the card. Your Prairie Donair Loyalty Card account balances are only protected from the point in time that you notify us of your stolen, lost or damaged card and the identification, verification of your profile has been established.
CARD BALANCES
You can obtain the balance of your Prairie Donair Loyalty Card by visiting the participating Prairie Donair restaurant, and or online at www.prairiedonair.com. Any time you conduct any Prairie Donair Loyalty Card transaction, you could be provided with a receipt (proof of transaction) clearly identifying the card’s new balance. You should obtain, validate every receipt and safe keep all of you receipts for future reference if required.
ERRORS
The Prairie Donair locations shall have no liability for any questionable transaction as transactional errors need to be identified and resolved at time of occurrence with the management of the participating restaurant. Any questionable transactional errors need to be communicated to the management of each participating Prairie Donair location. Prairie Donair reserves the right not to accept, load or re-issue Prairie Donair Loyalty Card if Prairie Donair reasonably believes that the use is unauthorized or fraudulent.
GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada therein.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of agreement between card holder and Prairie Donair, its stores, and exceeds and joins all prior agreements.
